C'alla looking upwards at dragons circling towards Sohm Al in wonder. To her right, Uya Kagon, hand shading her eyes, scans the horizon. Before her, Alphinaud and Ysayle can be seen walking towards Sohm Al while in conversation. (More lore below!) It took a while for C'alla to open her heart to the dragons, but after arriving in the Dravanian forelands, she was forced to acknowledge that there may be truth to Ysayle's words. Seeing the majesty of monumental achievements in civilizations long past, C'alla couldn't help but stare in wonder.

C'alla Lily bracing herself for a fight, rapier in hand, as a wyvern descends on her. The Holy See of Ishgard can be seen in the distance. (More lore below)! At first, C'alla believed in Ishgard's holy war against the dragons. She felt little compassion for the mindless hordes of monsters that ravaged the Holy See, and even less compassion for any criminal who sided with them. Previously living a sheltered life in Old Sharlayan, she never considered that her privileged naiveté about right, wrong, justice, and order prevented her from seeing beyond her biases. It wasn't until the seed of doubt, planted by Ysayle, took root in her mind, that she realized that the truth was something she'd have to pursue herself.

C'alla Lily leading Uyanga Kagon by the hand around Idyllshire. (More lore below!) C'alla was born in the Sharlayan settlement and spent some of her most formative years in the Hinterlands. Back then, while her mother was still living, she and her brother lived a comfortable, gentle life -- untroubled. After her mother's passing, and in the wake of Garlemald's impending invasion, her father wholeheartedly advocated for the evacuation of the settlement -- and thus, C'alla was forced to leave her home, and Eorzea, behind.

Ever since, C'alla has suffered under the immense pressure to perform as the perfect daughter for her autocratic father.
