Hien from FFXIV pulling my warrior of light OC Ilyori Korro into an urgent kiss. His hands at her waist and lower back. Her hands on his arm and back of head. Headcanon notes/possible spoilers: Probably their second kiss and it’s because he hasn’t seen or heard from her since mid EW. She stopped writing letters after a traumatic event (MSQ in from the cold). They still haven’t talked about the first kiss after she comes back in SHB and it’s because neither want to break what’s happening between them. In the beginning they were way more subtle with soft touches and burning glances and never directly talking about what they were to each other (SB and post SB).That eventually turns into anytime they’re alone they’ll find a way to be with each other (post SB). But over time Hien is losing patience to maintain the facade. He yearns to be with her fully but knows she has her own demons to conquer (Post SHB). She hasn’t addressed her willingness to die in SHB (mentioned in letters sent during SHB) and how broken everything feels inside (into EW). She’s afraid of losing him too and the fear of failure. In SB, no one knows till post game. Thancred is the first to see it. In SHB, the twins see her writing letters. In post SHB, it’s implied to everyone but never addressed. In EW, Thancred addresses it the question to her for the first time.

A realm reborn she wore the ankle length dress with puffy sleeves in blue, in heavenward she wore the burgundy and gold rinaskita jacket of striking with thigh high socks and brown boots. In Stormblood she wore a burgundy and gold spriggen jacket with the same thigh high socks and boots. In Shadowbringers she wore an edgier costume on top that was more form fitted (the Scion travelers coat I believe). There’s a tattered cape with burgundy in the outside and gold/yellow on the inside. Same thigh high socks and boots. In Endwalker she’s wearing the faerie tale prince outfit. Puffy sleeves with two cape like flaps attached to the shoulders that hand backside. Same thigh high socks and boots. The outfit has a little gold but leans more burgundy with mauve accents.
