A one page, three-panel comic featuring Emet-Selch, Azem, and Hythlodaeus. The comic takes place across the Final Days. The background is dark and ambiguous, and embers fly through the air.

Panel 1: Emet stands in the center of the panel facing Azem, who is walking away from him towards the left of the panel. Emet is angry, his hands gesticulating as he argues towards Azem's retreating form. Azem does not turn to hear him, and keeps walking forward, their fists clenched and their head bowed low. They head off on their own in anger, leaving Emet behind.

Panel 2: Emet stands in the center of the panel as Hythlodaeus tries to walk towards the right, to sacrifice himself to Zodiark. Emet grabs handfuls of Hythlodaeus's robes, desperate and pleading. Hythlodaeus offers a soft, placating smile to Emet, but is trying to pull free of Emet's grasp.

Panel 3: Emet stands in the center of the panel, alone. He hugs himself, tugging on his robes, his head bowed low. Tears drip from his face.
